Clay Weaver

Clay Weaver is a Partner at Machete Group. He is a seasoned real estate development executive with a portfolio representing over $4 billion in project experience across office, multifamily, hospitality, sports venues, industrial, and land development. Known for leading complex, high-profile development projects, Clay brings a strategic and hands-on approach to every phase – from concept to completion.

Before joining Machete Group, Clay held leadership roles at McNair Interests and Hines. At McNair, he served as Vice President of Real Estate Development, overseeing a broad and diverse pipeline. During his tenure at Hines, he managed key aspects of development including pre-construction, budgeting, design coordination, materials procurement, contract negotiations, and construction oversight throughout the Southwest Region.

Clay earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University.
